The change is a shift of emphasis rather than an exit. Freight forwarding, transportation and logistics agency work and electronics trading continue in operation. Those lines supply the concrete problems our AI work addresses: incomplete enquiries, re-keyed documents, disputed cargo condition and safety supervision that depends on patrol coverage.
Internally, the transformation programme covers an intelligent enquiry assistant, shipment status visibility, document automation, visual recognition in the yard and warehouse, and periodic data-driven operations review. Capability developed for internal use is then made available to industry customers through the platform.
Each phase is validated with selected customers before it is extended, and maturity is labelled honestly as live, in pilot or planned.
