Overview
Our freight desk arranges ocean, road and air transport for exporters, importers and project cargo owners across Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Rather than treating each leg as a separate booking, we plan the whole movement around your cargo profile, target schedule and delivery point.
For ocean cargo we handle full container loads (FCL) and less-than-container loads (LCL), including consolidation where several suppliers ship to one consignee. For inland and cross-border movements we arrange trucking to ports, warehouses and consignee premises. For time-critical cargo we secure air freight space and manage airport handling at both ends.
Documentation, cargo inspection arrangement and storage planning are handled by the same team, so the information used for booking matches the information used for clearance.

Common Questions
For standard FCL shipments we recommend confirming at least one to two weeks before the target sailing, and earlier during peak periods when equipment and space are tight. For LCL consolidation, cargo needs to reach the consolidation point before the cut-off, so the inland pickup date matters as much as the sailing date.
Yes. We coordinate reefer and special equipment bookings with the carrier and confirm temperature settings, ventilation and monitoring requirements in writing before the container is released. Availability depends on the carrier and route, so we confirm equipment at proposal stage rather than at booking stage.
Report the discrepancy at the point of receipt so it can be recorded before the delivery document is signed clean. We then collect the handling records, photographs and carrier documentation for the relevant leg, and support you in the claim process with the carrier or insurer according to the terms of the movement.
We coordinate customs documentation, review declarations before submission and work with licensed parties for the clearance process. The exact arrangement depends on the border point and cargo type, and is confirmed in the scope of responsibility for each shipment.
