LUMUT, PERAK — 14 May 2026 — Quiver Dive Team Lumut Sdn. Bhd. has signed a collaboration memorandum covering two workstreams of its AI transformation programme: task-oriented AI agents for forwarding workflows, and visual safety monitoring in yard and warehouse operations.
The agent workstream covers templates for enquiry and quotation preparation, document processing, shipment tracking, customer service desk support, safety inspection review and supply chain analysis. Agents connect to operational systems through defined interfaces, operate under role-based permissions with a full audit trail, and hand over to a person whenever judgement is required. Release follows a canary pattern with rollback available at version level.
The visual safety workstream covers PPE compliance at entry points, forklift and pedestrian path conflicts, restricted zone intrusion during lifting operations, stacking height and lashing anomalies, and yard vehicle speed. Automated detections are reviewed and confirmed by a responsible officer before any action is taken, and the pilot is limited to a defined area before any extension is considered.
The memorandum records that footage is used only for cargo condition, operational safety and dispute evidence, is retained for a defined period, is accessible only to authorised staff, and is accompanied by signage at monitored areas, in line with Malaysian personal data protection requirements.
Both workstreams will be evaluated against agreed criteria before any wider rollout, and results will be reported per scenario.
