LUMUT, PERAK — 19 March 2026 — Quiver Dive Team Lumut Sdn. Bhd. has published its AI logistics transformation roadmap, setting out how the company intends to apply AI across its freight forwarding, transportation agency and electronics trading lines.
The roadmap identifies five directions currently reshaping the industry: intelligent documentation and customs handling, predictive arrival, capacity and rate information, visual intelligence in yard and warehouse operations, agentic logistics operations, and route optimisation with emission awareness. For each direction the company states how mature it is in the industry, what it changes in daily operation, and what it is doing about it.
Delivery is staged. The near term covers digitised enquiry handling, structured quotation drafts, milestone status tracking shared with customers, automated document recognition and pre-filling, carrier and routing comparison support, and a visual tracking pilot for loading verification and cargo condition imagery. The mid term adds exception alerting, predictive arrival ranges, broader document automation and visual safety control across yard and warehouse operations. The longer term covers demand and capacity planning from operational data, performance review dashboards, and an integrated workflow across all three business lines.
The company emphasised that the programme is a roadmap in progress rather than a completed system, and that each phase is validated with selected customers before it is extended. Maturity is labelled honestly as live, in pilot or planned, and no initiative is presented as delivering guaranteed outcomes.
